Directions to Wil~Mar 

From 540E, exit Buffaloe Rd, turn left off ramp. Travel 1/2 mile turn right on Forrestville Rd. Travel 1 more mile turn right on Old Milburnie Rd. Wil~Mar is 1/4 mile on the left

From 440 take 13B to 64 east, go approximately 2.5 miles, cross Neuse River, at the top of the hill take a left on Old Milburnie Rd. Go approximately 2.5 miles and Wil~Mar is on the right.

 Wil~Mar's original nine holes opened in 1961 when landowners William (Bill) and Mary Allen utilized the family farmland to venture into the golf business. In 1977, Mrs. Allen and her children expanded the course to an 18-hole layout.

Still owned and operated by the Allen children, Wil~Mar's staff is genuinely delighted to offer a full-service golf facility to its customers. Recent renovations to the clubhouse, snack bar, and golf course make Wil~Mar a great choice for individual and family play, corporate, or group events.

Located only four miles from Raleigh's city limits, Wil~Mar's spacious front nine and tree-lined back nine offer a challenge to all levels of golfers. Along with the beauty of the course itself, the natural beauty of the surrounding wetlands and forest lends itself to abundant wildlife. Fairways are Bermuda, greens are Bentgrass.

 

Yardages - Wil~Mar's layout challenges both the low and high handicappers. Beautiful par fives and six difficult par threes make Wil~Mar's par 71 layout fun and unique.

Membership Information

Wil~Mar Golf Club offers a number of membership options to fit your needs.

A membership entitles an individual or family to unlimited golf at Wil~Mar Golf Club.  Membership represents prepayment of daily green fees only.  All other services will be handled as with non-members.  Members do receive a discount fees for golf lessons.

Payment of Fees

Memberships are for a one year period beginning January 1st and ending December 31st.  Fees will be prorated for periods of less than one year initially. 

One annual payment of the membership dues represents a 10% discount.

Members may make installment payments on a quarterly basis in the amounts shown above in January, April, July and October. This is not a quarterly membership. Quarterly payments must be made during the first month of each quarter to avoid a $5.00 per month late payment fee.

If an expired membership is not renewed within 60 days after December 31st, the start up fee of $300.00 will apply in order to renew the membership. 

Wil~Mar Golf Club reserves the right to terminate any membership after written notification to that member if club member or guests violate club rules or standards.

Once the software is installed, open the application form. You can complete the application form on-line.  Once the form is visible move your mouse to the date block and click.  You can then enter the date.  Click the tab key and your cursor will move to the next entry field.  Once you complete all entry fields, print the form, sign it and mail or deliver the application to Wil~Mar.
